"My policy was transferred to this office after years and years of being with one Agent. I wasn’t very happy about it to be honest. But after my first interaction with Jose at this office, I have to say I’m pretty pleased. I had some questions about what our policy covered and he was able to confirm that we had the coverage we needed. He actually had to do some digging through the policy to find it. So it took a follow up call to get the information I needed. I really really appreciate his thoroughness and following up."
